Dock leveller

Dock leveller

A hydraulic dock leveler uses hydraulic cylinders and pumps to lift and lower a heavy-duty steel platform (also called the deck). When a truck backs up to the dock, the dock leveler adjusts its height to match the truck bed, allowing smooth and secure movement of goods.

Key Features

  • Heavy-Duty Steel Platform: Built to withstand high loads and frequent usage.
  • Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism: Uses hydraulic cylinders and pumps for smooth, effortless operation.
  • Automatic Height Adjustment: Adjusts to different truck bed heights for seamless loading/unloading.
  • Lip Extension Mechanism: Extends a metal lip to bridge the gap between dock and truck.
  • Weather-Resistant Design:  Powder-coated or galvanized finish to resist rust and corrosion.
  • Low Maintenance Requirements: Fewer moving parts and self-lubricating components. Reduced downtime and maintenance cost.
